  1. What past experiences have I not fully processed or dealt with from my teenage years?
  2. 2. What were my biggest fears and hopes as a teenager? My biggest fear was not being loved for my authentic self, my hopes were never to stop being who I am.
  3. 3. How do the experiences from my teenage years still affect me today? I think a lot of it was to do with when my depression started to show more. I’ve never understood why the age I was, was so depressed. And that effects me today
  4. 4. What would I tell my teenage self if I had the chance? Girl go get yourself a autism diagnosis
  5. 5. What was the most important lesson I learned as a teenager? I love you doesn’t mean I love you all the time.
  6. 6. What did I wish for as a teenager, and have those wishes come true? To be understood, to be loved and to be myself. Yes to the last two
  7. 7. How can I heal the wounds that my inner teen still carries? Maybe get some counselling for all that trauma
  8. 8. What habits or beliefs did I form as a teenager that are still with me? I let go off all of them things
  9. 9. What would my teenage self think of the person I am today? I think she would think I am a loser for not being in a solid relationship and not being married or have a family.
  10. 10. How did my relationships in my teenage years shape my future relationships? I don’t trust anyone
  11. 11. What were my dreams and aspirations as a teenager, and have they changed? Not at all, my dreams still remain to be a photographer.
